TICKETREFUND POLICY

Solihull Round Table Fireworks & Bonfire, 7 November 2026

  1. Tickets are non-refundable

Tickets are for the event on 7 November 2026 and are non-refundable once purchased, except as set out in this policy. Because tickets are for a specific date, there is no right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (regulation 28(1)(h)). Tickets cannot be exchanged for another event, but can be transferred (see section 6).

  2. If we cancel

If the event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price, including any booking fee. Refunds will be made within 14 days to the original payment method.

  3. Weather and safety

If weather or other conditions make the fireworks display or bonfire unsafe, the organisers, in consultation with our pyrotechnic contractor and the relevant authorities, may delay, modify or postpone the event. This decision is final. In that case:

    • Tickets stay valid for the new date, which will be announced on the Solihull Round Table Facebook page.
    • If you cannot attend the new date, you can request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.
    • If no new date is held within 14 days, a full refund applies, including any booking fee.
  4. Changes to the programme

Refunds are not available for changes to the show, running order, funfair rides, food and drink traders or other attractions, or for a shortened display where the event goes ahead.

  5. If the event is stopped part-way

If the event is stopped for safety reasons after gates have opened, no refund is due. Any decision on goodwill gestures rests with the organisers.

  6. If you can't attend

We can't refund tickets you are unable to use, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else using the Ticket Wrangler website. Please transfer it before the event so the new holder has a valid ticket.

  7. Digital tickets

All tickets are digital and sent by email from Ticket Wrangler. Please check your spam folder if you can't find yours. If you still can't find or access your ticket, email Solihull@roundtable.org.uk with your name and order reference, and we will help you get it resent. Each ticket's barcode can be used once only. Screenshots or copies of a ticket will not be refunded, and a barcode that has already been scanned will not be admitted again.

  8. Conditions of entry and refused entry

    • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
    • Fireworks and sparklers must not be brought to the event.

No refund is given where entry is refused or a person is removed for breaching these conditions, or for unsafe behaviour or intoxication.

  9. Our liability

We are not liable for travel, accommodation, parking or other costs if the event is changed, postponed or cancelled.

  10. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

  11. How to request a refund

Email Solihull@roundtable.org.uk with your name, order reference and number of tickets. Tickets are sold through Ticket Wrangler, and its terms also apply.
